Q: What advice do you have for graduating brothers as they start out in the real world?

Lasher: “To never forget the connections and friendships that you made while at The Kingdom. We have a powerful network being the oldest fraternity in North America, use it to your advantage.”

Q: Would you encourage your own son (if you had one) to join Chi Phi?

Lasher: “Yes”

Q: Why?

Lasher: “Chi Phi made me into the man that I am today.”

Q: Are there any legacies in your family?

Lasher: “Yes, I wouldn't say that I am a true legacy, but my mother was a little sister for Chi Phi Alpha Delta in the 70s. Her stories of the brotherhood made me interested in joining the house when I rushed. She loved coming back for parents weekend and reminisced about all of her great times at Alpha Delta.”

Q: If you could reunite with one brother this summer, who would it be and why?

Lasher: “Max Rudner ‘17. He is a loyal brother and a great friend.”

Q: Is there anything you’d like to add related to your fraternity experience?

Lasher: “Matt Brown playing his bagpipes to wake the house up for football games.”
