The horrible acts that occurred at Penn State and the recent NCAA sanctions have shaken the university's foundation to its core. One thing is certain--our plans to develop a culture of respect, integrity, leadership, scholarship and brotherhood is more important than ever and is the right thing to do. The Fall 2012 semester will begin at Penn State in just a few short weeks. We will begin our recruitment efforts at that time, pursuing men from across campus that embody these traits to begin a new era with our resurrected fraternity. Many undergraduates have already shown interest in being a part of our organization. We have hired a consultant by the name of Tom Healy from Campuspeak to aide us in our recruitment efforts. Tom has worked with other Chi Phi chapters across the country in their re-colonization and recruitment efforts including his present work with Ohio State's Chi Phi chapter.
If you know of any young men that are starting at Penn State that might fit the kind of brother we are looking to hold to these high standards and principles, please contact Tom Healy at healy@campuspeak.com and Bob Martin at rpm163@psu.edu.
