Now in its 13th year, the Annual Chi Phi Summit brings together Alpha Delta alumni and friends in cities across the nation for fun, new adventures and an opportunity to relive old memories. This year, Chi Phi alumni and friends gathered in San Francisco. Highlights of the trip included touring Alcatraz, exploring the Golden Gate Park and Presidio, eating in Chinatown and catching an Angels baseball game. (It was Metallica night, and they played the national anthem. Lars Ulrich threw the opening pitch). The group of 10 also enjoyed a concert at the historic Regency Ballroom and took in some culture with a visit to the Legion of Honor Art Museum. This year's group included Brian Hutchings '90, Allen Brandt, Steve Saville '92, Dave Convis '88, Chad Hutchings '92, Bo Police '88, Jim McDade '88, Tom Kennington '90, summit first-timer Terry Uplinger '87 and special guest Rick Muntean. The photo below was taken at historic Coit Tower (missing from the photo are Kennington, Saville and Muntean).
